What's in it, and what to do with it
Estonian honey, ginger juice (17.5%), lemon juice, organic apple cider vinegar. Contains no preservatives and is not heat-treated.

Sugars are the ones already in the honey and the lemons. Nothing is added.
Mix with water or soda water, add ice and a slice of lemon. In winter, top with hot water for a warming ginger drink. Works hot or cold.

We know where our ingredients come from.
Ginger
Grown in Peru, shipped whole, pressed in Estonia within two days of arrival. We press with the skin on — that is where the heat lives.
Honey
Raw summer honey from a family beekeeper in Järva county. Never heated above 40 °C, so it still tastes like the field it came from.
Lemon
Sicilian, juiced the same week. Juice only — the peel makes the whole batch bitter after a month in the bottle.
