Honey is one of the world's oldest foods, and its flavour depends on which plants the bees drew nectar from. Two jars from the same county can taste completely different.
Wildhive's range includes classic Estonian honey and flavoured honeys where honey meets freeze-dried berries, spruce tips, matcha and dark cocoa. We do not treat honey as a sweetener — to us it is an ingredient with a character of its own.
